Clinical Study Of Bushen Cuowei Decoction In The Treatment Of Female Infertility Caused By Ovulation Dysfunction Caused By Hyperprolactinemia

Research background:Infertility has always been a refractory gynecological disease.According to World Health Organization statistics,the incidence of ovulation disorder infertility accounts for 20%to 40%of infertility.The method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation has unique advantages in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility.The prescription of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation,which is composed of the principle of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation,has been proved to be effective and safe in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility after years of systematic research.On the basis of the previous studies,I chose the infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia for further clinical study.In recent years,with the imbalance of people’s living rules and the increasing of working pressure,the patients with hyperprolactinemia have an upward trend.With the opening of the two-child policy,people’s demand for fertility is increasing.Ovulation barrier infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia needs the attention of medical workers.Objective:In this study,we observed the effects of Bushen Ovulation Promoting Prescription(TCM group)and Bromocriptine plus Clomiphene(Western medicine group)on sex hormones,basic body temperature,TCM syndromes of kidney de ficiency and blood stasis and pregnancy rate of infertility patients with ovulation disorder caused by hyperprolactinemia,and further confirmed the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Ovulation Promoting Prescription in the treatment of infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia.To analyze the key role of Bushen Ovulation Promoting Prescription in promoting follicular development and excretion of dominant follicles in the treatment of this disease,and to provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:The patients were assigned to Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group according to patients’ wishes.Before admission,the safety indicators were blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function,electrocardiogram,observational indicators:serum PRL,FSH,LH,E2,P,T,basic body temperature,TCM syndrome scale of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and pregnancy rate.Both groups were treated with Kidney-tonifying and Ovulation-promoting Prescription or Western Medicine from the 5th day of menstrual cycle.After 3 months of treatment,the above scale was completed and the safety and observation indexes were checked again.At last,the changes of safety indexes and observation indexes of the two groups were observed and compared with each other.Research findings:The serum PRL values of HPRL patients in Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the remaining five sex hormones,although there was no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05),the mean value of E2 in Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that before treatment,the mean of two groups of T after treatment was decreased,the 5 sex hormones after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was significant difference in improving basal body temperature between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).As for the total score of TCM syndromes,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was also compared.The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the TCM group was better than the western medicine group.The 10 groups with the highest frequency of TCM syndromes(soreness of waist and leg,less abdominal pain,especially menstrual period,blood clots,irregular menstrual cycle,less menstrual volume,dark menstruation,cold limbs,insomnia and dreaminess,premenstrual breast swelling and pain,emotional disorder)were counted item by item.The results showed that the treatment of TCM group could improve symptoms(P<0.05).Among them,the lumbar and leg soreness,menstrual clots and menstrual volume were all improved(P<0.05).There were significant effects on hypoxia,cold limbs,insomnia and dreaming,premenstrual breast pain and emotional disorder(P<0.01).Western medicine group can improve the symptoms of oligoabdominal pain,especially menstrual bleeding,irregular menstrual cycle,dark menstrual color,insomnia and dreamless,premenstrual breast pain and emotional disorder(P<0.05),especially in oligoabdominal pain,premenstrual breast pain and emotional disorder(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups.Before and after treatment,the safety tests were carried out in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.No obvious abnormalities were found in the two groups.There were no adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group.Some patients in the western medicine group had dizziness,nausea,constipation and other discomforts to varying degrees.Both groups of patients could insist on taking the medicine and recover to normal after stopping the medicine.Conclusion:1.Bushen Ovulation Promoting Prescription has definite curative effect on ovulation dysfunction infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia.It can effectively reduce the serum PRL level,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,improve the basic body temperature of patients,and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients.2.In this study,there were no adverse reactions and the safety of Bushen Ovulation Promoting Prescription was good.
