To Observe The Effects Of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction On Experimental Research On Heat Accumulation Type Gastric Ulcer CAMP, CGMP And Clinical Curative Effect Observation

[Objective]This subject through the clinical observation and experimental research, focusing on the effect of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on activity of noxious heat type gastric ulcer stage and its possible mechanism.[Method]1.Clinical researchMethods:The clinical observation of33cases with standard were given Huanglian Jiedu Decoction treatment, treatment3weeks after the end of treatment, statistical analysis, to evaluate its curative effect.2.Experiment researchMethods:The healthy SD rats90were randomly divided into six groups, in addition to the control group, and the remaining groups were prepared as toxic heat Accumulation Type ulcer composite model. After the modeling, the blank group and model group were given physiological saline, western medicine group was given omeprazole orally, the Chinese medicine group were given Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, high dose, low in stomach, one times/d, for2consecutive weeks. After the last administration, the rats were sacrificed and blood from femoral artery, the contents of cAMP, cGMP in serum detection. By taking all the stomach, along the greater curvature of the stomach cut open, use vernier caliper to measure the ulcer area and ulcer, scar tissue, ulcer histopathology HE staining. Data were analyzed statistically by SPSS17.0. [Results]1.Clinical researchResults:After treatment, the symptom scores were significantly decreased (P<0.05), with statistical significance, the total clinical effective rate was93.33%, adverse reactions and drug side effects were not found during treatment.2.Experiment research(1)Pathological observation:compared with the model group, western medicine group and Chinese medicine group rats gastric mucosal damage were reduced (P<0.05or P<0.01), with statistical significance. Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group compared with omeprazole group can decrease the ulcer area. Compared with the model group, drug groups were reduced to low ulcer score, inflammatory cell infiltration, fibrosis score score (P<0.05or P<0.01), improve the ulcer granulation score (P<0.05or P<0.01). The Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group and omeprazole group is significant (P<0.01).(2) cAMP, cGMP content:Omeprazole group and Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction group compared with the model group, can reduce the content of cGMP, increase the content of cAMP (P<0.05or P<0.01), there is statistical significance; in the aspect of reducing the content of cGMP and increase the content of cAMP, Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group is superior to omeprazole group (P<0.05).[Conclusion]1.Clinical researchConclusion:The curative effect of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of Noxious heat Gastric ulcert, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and high safety. 2.Experiment researchConclusion:Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the degree of gastric mucosal injury in rats, probably by decreasing the cGMP concentration, cAMP concentration, and recovery between cell proliferation and apoptosis balance to promote the ulcer healing.
