Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Primary Osteoporosis, Treated With Combination Of Guilu Erxiann Glue Decoction And Salmon Calcitonin

Objective:Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction in treating primary osteoporosis,so as to explore the advantage and the unique feature of Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:By collecting clinical primary osteoporosis (liver and kidney insufficiency) clinical data, observe and evaluate the primary osteoporosis pain VAS score, pain efficacy, recurrence of pain changes in bone mineral density after treatment of combination therapy in Chinese and Western medicine, western medicine alone two methods,to make the efficacy and safety evaluation.Results:(1)Comparing the vas score of treatment28days±3days,P=0.000<0.05,the difference between two groups was statistically significant,indicate the degree of pain Relief of combination group better than western medicine group.(2)Comparing the pain recurrence of2weeks after the end of treatment,P=0.030<0.05,the difference between two groups was statistically significant,indicate the pain recurrence of western medicine group higher than combination group.(3)Comparing the efficacy of pain treatment two groups of patients,P=0.008<0.05, the difference between two groups was statistically significant,indicate the efficacy of pain treatment of combination group better than western medicine group.(4)Comparing the bone mineral density of6months after the end of treatment,P=0.000<0.05, the difference between two groups was statistically significant,indicate the growth of bone mass of combination group better than western medicine group.Conclusion:(1)A combination of Guilu Erxiann Glue Decoction and salmon calcitonin in treating primary osteoporosis(liver and kidney insufficiency),can significantly alleviate the spontaneous back pain caused by disease,and can reduce bone loss,increase bone mass,curative effect better than treated by salmon calcitonin.(2)After2weeks follow-up,the pain recurrence comparison shows the pain recurrence of western medicine group higher than combination group.(3)After6months follow-up,the growth of bone mass of combination group better than western medicine group.(4)The short-term effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on primary osteoporosis (liver and kidney insufficiency)is be more effective in reduce symptoms, alleviate the suffering of patients,and can improve the quality of patients’ life;and the long-term effect is increase bone mineral density.(4)A combination of Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction and salmon calcitonin in treating primary osteoporosis(liver and kidney insufficiency) has no significant adverse reactions,and it is safe.
