Obiective:This paper analyzes the lifestyle intervention to control the situation for peoplewith mild hypertension in the elderly blood pressure and related indicators. At the sametime, understand the community some elderly people with mild hypertension habits andknowledge of hypertension-related knowledge, attitudes and coping. In order toestablish a suitable model of hypertension in our community for the future moreeffectively with mild hypertension in the elderly community lifestyle intervention toprovide a scientific basis. Methods:Through access to information, questionnaires, medical assessment screening testto meet the requirements of50subjects who were randomly divided into two groups:the intervention group and the control group,26and24, the statistical test, the twogroups had no significant difference in the basic situation. Intervention group to take aunified team combining aerobic exercise in the form of strength training, interventiontrial lasted12weeks, four times a week aerobic exercise, strength training two timeswere arranged15:30to4:30. During the experimental intervention group also quitalcohol limit, restrict sodium intake, regularly attend health education talks andpsychological counseling activities of the research group organization. In the controlgroup to maintain the original lifestyle, without any intervention.12weeks after the endof the intervention, all of the data for statistical analysis.Results:12weeks after the experiment showed: the elderly systolic blood pressure1, theintervention group (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) have a very significantlydecreased (P <0.01t=9.91, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure t=6.83); the controlgroup had no change in blood pressure, no statistically significant differences (P>0.05) after the experiment; the intervention group and the control group, the systolic anddiastolic blood pressure were significantly different (P>0.05t=3.28, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure t=2.29). Before and after the intervention group2,26patients withessential hypertension intervention, by statistical analysis: the subjects of HDL-C andTG in the12week after the intervention had significantly (P <0.05), LDL-C, TC andTC were significantly lower at week12after intervention (P <0.01); control group ofblood fat and blood sugar had no significant difference (P <0.05).3, the interventiongroup participants body fat percentage decreased significantly (P <0.05), body weightindex decreased significantly (P <0.01); control group, body fat%and body mass indexhad no significant difference (P <0.05).4, the experimental group after the interventionin the elderly have more knowledge about hypertension related knowledge ofhypertension, and deal with a more active attitude.6, the intervention group patientswith hypertension have built up good habits.Conclusions:1ã€A comprehensive intervention in elderly patients with hypertension grade â… antihypertensive effect, and the degree of risk in low-risk endangering the case, does notrequire taking any antihypertensive drugs, a reasonable lifestyle can be in the normalrange of blood pressure control.2ã€integrated intervention in the elderly can make high blood sugar and highcholesterol improved, especially high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoproteinimproving effect is very significant.3〠integrated intervention is a good improvement in their body composition, playa role in weight loss and lipid-lowering.4〠lower in elderly hypertensive patients in the community knowledge andawareness of the relevant master hypertension, is still a major problem to control bloodpressure, but after a comprehensive intervention, the situation has significantlyimproved. |
