Objectives In clinic department of orthopedics，nonunion ofbone fracture is one of the most common complication，is also facing thehuge difficulties in the clinical work.This study is the use of thecombination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine oralhengugushangyuheji combined with western medicine and Judet bone graftingcombined with herbal compress therapy in the treatment of nonunion ofshaft of femoral.Through the observation of the clinical curative effecttreatment method, for the treatment of nonunion of shaft femoral withassociated clinical suggestion and application based on.Methods This study based on the case inclusion criteria andexclusion criteria, selection of Shandong TCM Hospital Department oforthopedics in36cases of nonunion of shaft femoral. According to thesequence of patients, all the patients were randomly divided intotreatment group, control group1and control group2.1controls weresimply given western surgical operation treatment with Judet bonegrafting，control group2given operation treatment combined with oralhenggugushangyuheji.In the treatment group operation，on the basis oftreatment given oral henggugushangyuheji combined with herbal compress therapy. The above operation by the same group of high qualification ofattending and older physicians completed, three groups were treated for3months.Reference fracture healing, after3,6, and9months on X-ray,observed after grafting grafting bone absorption, bone regeneration,callus formation, and in the light of Association for the Study andApplication of the Method of Ilizarov standard as well as the relevantresearch literature, curative effect. In treatment group than in control grouptwo clinical healing time is short; and2control group than in the controlgroup lclinical healing time is short; and the treatment groups comparedto reference the average healing time is short, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).2. The clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect: the effect of thetreatment group was excellent in6cases, good in4cases, in1cases,and poor in1cases, the total effective rate was91.67%;the control group1outcome was excellent in3cases, good in6cases,in1cases, and poorin2cases, the total effective rate was83.33%,control group2andeliminated in1, curative effect in4cases, good in3cases, in3cases,and poor in1cases, the total effective rate was90.91%. The comprehensivecurative effect in treatment group than in control group and two; control group2was better than the control group1, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In Judet bone grafting on the basis of oralhenggugushangyuheji and herbal compress therapy in the treatment ofnonunion of shaft of femoral，healing time is short, comprehensive effect.This method of treatment with combination of TCM and Western medicineoperation, both played the advantage, and the use of Chinese medicine andElectro-acupuncture specialty, the advantage is complementary,can notonly avoid the two operation the pain, the cost is reasonable, and reducingthe financial burden on patients，has more obvious advantage than thepure western medicine treatment, operation more clinical significance.
