To Study The Regulation Effect Of Metformin On The Intestinal Flora In Mice Of Decoction Of Four Mild Drugs

[Objective] Study on the effect of metformin on the intestinal flora, constipation or diarrhea adverse reaction of metformin induced with flora imbalance related. Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on metformin induced dysbacteriosis caused the moderating effect of constipation or diarrhea.[Method] The general situations of mice were observed; selective culture viable count; feces light microscopy; ileum pathological detection; immune detection; fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for detecting method.[Concluson](1) Mice chronically high doses of metformin can lead to intestinal dysbacteriosis induced adverse reaction of diarrhea or constipation.(2) Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on metformin induced intestinal flora imbalance caused by constipation or diarrhea have two-way adjustment function.
