Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Extracapsular Hip Joint Acetabuloplasty Shelf Operation Of The Older Developmental Dislocation Of The Hip

Objective: To discuss the research on extracapsular hip jiont acetabuloplasty shelfoperation treatment of the development of the acetabulum.Methods: In our hospital, we take extracapsular hip jiont acetabuloplasty shelfoperation treatment which is combined with Subtrochanter Rotational Osteotomy,dissection and diaplasis with accessorial function exercise to treat38DDHpatients(48hips) from2009to2014. The writer is to discuss the OPS.curative effectbased on the analysis of CE, and AHI after the clinical research on all patiencescombined with iconography data.Results: That the development of the acetabulum has been obviously improved byobservating the change of the development of the acetabulum after treatment.AHI hasbeen improved from45.3％to103％after treatment. CE has been increased26°onaverage, with4°before treatment and30°after treatment.According to the standardof perfection of Zhou Yongde and Ji Shijun,15cases are evaluated excellent by31.25％,27fine by56.25％,5passing by10.4％,1failure by2.1％.Conclusions: Extracapsular hip jiont acetabuloplasty shelf operation treatment canimprove the shape of acetabulumand more better, correct CE、and AHI, increasefraction of coverage of fraction of coverage, and improve stress fraction. With thistreatment, the development of the acetabulum is on the verge of normal and satisfied clinical curative effect has been achieved.
