Objective:Through the analysis of the DDH postoperative clinicaleffect with the new and improved Bayesian brace, clear clinical value ofnew and improved Bayesian brace, promote better rehabilitation inpatients with DDH.Methods: A retrospective analysis from January1,2010toDecember31,2012in our hospital59DDH patients with76hips; male8cases, female51cases, male to female ratio1:6.4. The left hip in23cases, right hip in13cases, and bilateral in23cases. Patients aged16months to10years, mean2years9months.Patients admitted for routine physical examination, shooting pelvicradiograph, record each patient examination positive signs, the activity ofthe hip, leg length, degree of dislocation, acetabular angle, a roughcalculation of femoral anteversion angle, and according to the physicalexamination with X ray film design operation scheme. Cooperation with acompany, gypsum model with double lower limbs, custom postoperativeuse of abduction brace.According to the specific circumstances of each patient choosingdifferent operation scheme, after the operation all the patients use of "new and improved Bayesian brace " fixed for6weeks.6weeks after operation removed of external fixation,3months after operationchecked the activity of the hip, removal of internal fixation device; after6months and1years after surgery, outpatient review the activity of the hip,leg length and shooting pelvic radiograph, guide the next note. Results:Effective follow-up of57cases,74hips, followed up for4months to3years, average1years and4months. The age of thepatients ranged from16months to10years old, the average age of2years and9months. Clinical efficacy evaluation standard of evaluation ofMckay applications, excellent in63hips (85.1%), good in9hips (12.2%),tolerableness in1hips (1.35%), poor in1hips (1.35%), the excellent andgood rate was97.3%; X-ray assessment standard of Severin application, excellent in56hips (75.7%), good in12hips (16.2%),tolerableness in4hips (5.4%), poor in2hips (2.7%), the excellent and good rate was91.9%;Apparent stiffness of the hip were patients in this group two cases(2/76,2.6%), two cases (2/76,2.6%) patients after6months ofout-patient review found redislocation, were treated with femoralsubtrochanteric shortening rotation osteotomy correction of excessiveanteversion, postoperative hip position. No postoperative infection.Three cases of double lower limbs fixed process (3/76,3.9%) occurrencebedsore, located in the greater tuberosity lateral position or the lateraliliac wing (one cases with routine dressing were improved, two cases improved bedsore resection). Conclusion: With a fixed application of new improved BayesianDDH after operation, operation time can be shortened, convenient fornursing, and early sit up for hip joint function exercise, reduce jointstiffness, and the probability of occurrence of dislocation. New andimproved Bayesian support we developed, can be flexibly adjustedaccording to the operation mode of limbs external rotation or neutral andbody length, easy to use, suitable for clinical application.
