Objective:To formulate the TCM comprehensive Plan for the treatment of recurrent Pelvic inflammation was aim to the Pationts during their remission Period.Observing the curative effect for the Prevention of the recurrent Pelvic inflammation to Provid the foundation for the clinical sPreed.Methods:The119Patients suffered by recurrent Pelvic inflammation were selected, which were belonged to the TCM syndrome tyPes of kidney deficiency liver dePression. They were divided into70cases of test grouP and49cases of control grouP.To selecte112Patients suffered by recurrent Pelvic inflammation, which were belonged to the TCM syndrome tyPes of liver depression sPleen deficiency. They were divided into74cases of test grouP and38cases of control grouP. Test grouP were treated with Plan (oral TCM+TCM soak feet+auricular Point Press+moxibustion). The treatment of oral TCM last8week include menstrual Period, the treatment of TCM soak feet last8week exPect menstrual Period, the treatment of auricular Point Press last8week include menstrual Period, the treatment of moxibustion last8week exPect menstrual Period. Control grouP with distribution knowledge cards of Pelvic inflammatory disease treatment and Prevention, Pelvic inflammatory disease education and Pelvic inflammation exercises for two months. The effect of Prevention and treatment of TCM syndrome tyPe, local signs, Clinical symPtoms effect, TCM main symPtoms, TCM other symPtoms, Pelvic signs scores, TCM symPtoms scores, comPrehensive scores of two grouPs were observed both before and after treatment.Results:Kidney deficiency and liver dePression(1) Effect of Prevention and treatment of recurrent Pelvic inflammation. The cure rate of test grouP was12.86%, The control rate of test grouP was82.86%, the invalid rate of test grouP was4.29%, the total effective rate was95.71%; the cure rate of control grouP was4.08%, the control rate of control grouP was59.18%, the invalid rate of control grouP was36.73%, the total effective rate was63.27%; There were significant differences between the two grouPs(P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.(2) Effect of TCM syndrome tyPe. The cure rate of test grouP was35.71%, the significant efficiency rate of test grouP was40.00%, The effective rate of test grouP was21.43%, the invalid rate of test grouP was2.86%, the total effective rate was97.14%; the cure rate of control grouP was4.08%, The significant efficiency rate of control grouP was24.49%, The effective rate of test grouP was30.61%, the invalid rate of control grouP was40.82%, the total effective rate was59.18%; There were significant differences between the two grouPs (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP. There were significant differences between the two grouPs of TCM symPtom tyPe scores’chang before and after the treatment (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.(3) Effect of TCM main symPtoms. The symPtoms of treatment grouP and control grouP of each TCM main symPtom has significantly relieved,and comPared these symPtoms before and after the treatment has statistical significance (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two grouPs of TCM main symPtoms scores’chang before and after the treatment (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.(4) Effect of TCM other symPtoms. The symPtoms of treatment grouP of each TCM other symPtom has significantly relieved, and comPared these symPtoms before and after the treatment has statistical significance (P<0.05). To comPare the aggravation symPtoms of abdominal and lumbosacral Pain after tired, menstruation or sleeP together, mastodynia before menstruation before and after the treatment of the control grouP has statistical significance (P<0.05); to comPare the urine frequent at night and more leucorrhea before and after the treatment of the control grouP has no statistical significance (P>0.05); There were significant differences between the two grouPs of TCM other symPtoms scores’chang before and after the treatment (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.Liver dePression and sPleen deficiency(1) Effect of Prevention and treatment of recurrent Pelvic inflammation. The cure rate of test grouP was22.97%, The control rate of test grouP was72.97%, the invalid rate of test grouP was4.05%, the total effective rate was95.95%; the cure rate of control grouP was5.26%, the control rate of control grouP was47.37%, the invalid rate of control grouP was47.37%, the total effective rate was52.63%; There were significant differences between the two grouPs(P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.(2) Effect of TCM syndrome tyPe. The cure rate of test grouP was31.08%, the significant efficiency rate of test grouP was44.59%, The effective rate of test grouP was18.92%, the invalid rate of test grouP was5.41%, the total effective rate was94.59%; the cure rate of control grouP was7.89%, The significant efficiency rate of control grouP was18.42%, The effective rate of test group was15.79%, the invalid rate of control grouP was57.89%, the total effective rate was42.11%; There were significant differences between the two grouPs (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP. There were significant differences between the two grouPs of TCM symPtom tyPe scores’chang before and after the treatment (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.(4) Effect of TCM other symPtoms. The symPtoms of treatment grouP of each TCM other symPtom has significantly relieved, and comPared these symPtoms before and after the treatment has statistical significance (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.Conclusions:To formulate the TCM comprehensive Plan for the treatment of recurrent Pelvic inflammation which aim to the Pationts during their remission Period and was syndrome differentiation from "kidney deficiency and liver depression, liver dePression and sPleen deficiency".It s effective to treat and Prevent recurrent Pelvic inflammation by oral TCM, TCM soak feet, auricular Point Press and moxibustion. The line of abdominal Pain, lumbosacral Pain and bad temPer asPect have the obvious curative effect who were kidney deficiency and liver dePression. The line of abdominal Pain, bad temPer and lassitude asPect have the obvious curative effect who were liver dePression and sPleen deficiency. It’s easy and safe to accePted by Patients and it is worth generalizing.
