The Research On The Standardization And Application For The Comprehensive Scheme Of The Treatment And Control For Recurrent Pelvic Infection By TCM

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the TCM comprehensive plan for the treatment of recurrent pelvic inflammation, to optimize the TCM comprehensive plan and form of TCM diagnosis and treatment standards and guidelines for the prevention and control of the recurrent pelvic inflammation.Methods:The60patients suffered by recurrent pelvic inflammation were selected, which were belonged to the TCM syndrome types of kidney deficiency liver depression. They were divided into30cases of test group and30cases of control group. Test group were treated with plan (oral TCM+TCM soak feet+auricular point press). The treatment of oral TCM last8week include menstrual period, the treatment of TCM soak feet last8week expect menstrual period, the treatment of moxibustion last8week expect menstrual period, the treatment of auricular point press last8week include menstrual period. Control group with distribution knowledge cards of pelvic inflammatory disease treatment and prevention, pelvic inflammatory disease education and pelvic inflammation exercises for two months. The effect of prevention and treatment of TCM syndrome type, local signs. Clinical symptoms effect. TCM main symptoms. TCM other symptoms, pelvic signs scores. TCM symptoms scores, comprehensive scores of two groups were observed both before and after treatment.Results:(1). Effect of prevention and treatment of recurrent pelvic inflammation. The cure rate of test group was26.67%, The control rate of test group was66.66%, the invalid rate of test group was6.67%, the total effective rate was93.33%; the cure rate of control group was0.00%, the control rate of control group was56.67%, the invalid rate of control group was43.33%, the total effective rate was57.67%; There were significant differences between the two groups (p<0.05).(2). Effect of TCM syndrome type. The cure rate of test group was46.67%, the significant efficiency rate of test group was53.33%, The effective rate of test group was13.33%, the significant and cure rate of test group was83.34%, the total effective rate was96.67%; the cure rate of control group was0.00%, The significant efficiency rate of control group was13.33%, The effective rate of test group was33.34%, the significant and cure rate of control group was13.33%, the total effective rate was 83.34%; There were significant differences between the two groups (p<0.05).(3). Effect of TCM main symptoms.The symptoms of treatment group of abdominal pain, bad temper and lumbosacral pain has significantly relieved,and compared these symptoms before and after the treatment has statistical significance (p<0.05); To compare the symptoms of abdominal pain of the control group before and after the treatment has statistical significance (p<0.05), to compare the symptoms of bad temper and lumbosacral pain of the control group before and after the treatment has no statistical significance (p>0.05); There weresignificant differences between the two groups (p<0.05).(4). Effect of TCM other symptoms.To compare the symptoms of breast distention, urine frequent at night, more leucorrhea of the treatment group before and after the treatment has statistical significance (p<0.05); to compare the symptoms of urine frequent at night and more leucorrhea of the control group before and after the treatment has statistical significance (p>0.05); to compare the symptoms of breast distentionof the control group before and after the treatment has no statistical significance (p>0.05); There were significant differences between the two groups (p<0.05).(5). Effect of local signs. To compare the pelvic local signs score of two groups before and after the treatment has statistical significance (p<0.05); To compare the pelvic local signs score of each group after the treatment has statistical significance (p<0.05).(6). Effect of leucorrhea cleanliness. To compare leucorrhea cleanliness of treatment groups before and after the treatment has statistical significance(p<0.05); To compare leucorrhea cleanliness of the control groupbefore and after the treatment has no statistical significance(p=0.067>0.05).Conclusions:The TCM comprehensive plan for the treatment of recurrent pelvic inflammation (kidney deficiency and liver depression), the test group has significant effect on prevention and treatment of TCM syndrome type, local signs, clinical symptoms effect, TCM main symptoms, TCM other symptoms, which can enhance the body immunity and decrease the frequency of the recurrent pelvic inflammation.
