The Study To Compare The Improvement In The Life Quality Of Patients With Hemorrhoids Between Milligan-Morgan And Stapler Operation

Purpose:To study the improvement situation of Milligan-Morgan and Stapler operation on the life quality in patients with hemorrhoids.Method:Adopting the method of clinical research:Collecting60patients with hemorrhoids and dividing them into Milligan-Morgan group and Stapler operation group randomly. Using the Mos36-item Short Form Health Survey to measure the life quality of two groups by1month before operation,1month after operation and3months after operation respectively. Eventually, all data are inputted into database and analyzed statistically.Results:1month after operation, the two groups of patients have lower score on the quality of life than that before operation(P<0.05).3months after operation, patients have higher score than before operation (P<0.05). In terms of bodily pain, Stapler operation patients have higher score than Milligan-Morgan patients by1months after operation (P<0.05). In social function, Stapler operation patients have higher score than Milligan-Morgan group by both1months after operation and3months after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients who take the treatment of Stapler operation or Milligan-Morgan can improve the life quality effectively. In terms of the bodily pain and social function, stapling operation is superior to Milligan-Morgan.
