The Clinical Observation On Treating The Mixed Hemorrhoid With The Two-incision Milligan-Morgan Operation

Objective:Compared with the traditional Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, the essay is to observe the clinical indicators of the two-incision Milligan-Morgan operation on treating the mixed hemorrhoid such as reducing the incidence of complications after surgery,to select the optimization of clinical treatment of the mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:40 cases of Ⅱ、Ⅲ degree mixed hemorrhoid patients were divided into 2 groups,20 cases in the treatment group came from the Fuling central hospital,20 cases in the control group came from the Sichuan province traditional Chinese medicine hospital. The treatment group underwent the two-incision Milligan-Morgan operation, while the control group received traditional Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Observed two groups of operation time, complications, the clinical effect, after 3 months of follow-up recurrence rate. All data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 software.Results:There were no statistical differences in the overall curative effect after operation in the two groups (p>0.05), the recent curative effect of the two groups were no obvious difference.With postoperative follow-up of 3 months, there are no recurrence, no difference between the long curative effect in two groups of patients. There were statistical differences between the two groups in operation time (p<0.05), control group operation are more simple. There were significant differences between the two groups in the anal edema (p<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclution:There was no obvious difference in the clinical curative effect,the recurrence rate in the two kinds of operation method on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.
