Zhigancao Decoction Jiajian In The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Beckoning Clinical Research Slow

Objective: The purpose of this study is toexplore the use of Zhigancao Decoction Jiajian inthe treatment of deficiency of both qi and Yin, sinus Heartbeat had clinical efficacyof slow, a preliminary analysis of its principle and mechanism, in order to Qi and yindeficiency type of sinus bradycardia Heartbeat treatment to provide reference.Methods：In60cases of deficiency of Qi and Yin Beckoning bradycardia patients asthe research object, randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30casesin each group, the treatment group were treated withZhigancao Decoction Jiajian, thecontrol group was treated with Xinbao pill, treatment for6weeks.Results：The treatment group was83.3%and66.67%in the control group weresignificantly different (P <0.05); the two group of drugs can significantlyimprovethe index of heart rate calm heart rate and dynamic electrocardiogramof patients (P <0.01), but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there wassignificant difference (P <0.05); the two groups before and after the treatmentof the biochemical routine examinations showed no obvious abnormality.Conclusions:1Zhigancao Decoction Jiajian canobviouslyimprovethe clinical symptoms ofsinus Beckoning slow patients.2Zhigancao Decoction Jiajian can significantly improvetheindexof heart ratecalm heart rate and electrocardiogram.3Zhigancao DecoctionJiajian has goodsecurity.
