Clinical Study On The Control Of Heart Rate In Patients With Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Acute Myocardial Infarction With Modified Zhigancao Decoction

Objective To observe the effect of Zhigancao Decoction on heart rate in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with qi and yin deficiency syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention,and to explore the curative effect of Zhigancao Decoction on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Treatment provides a theoretical basis.Methods The case was obtained from the patients with acute myocardial infarction(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction)and sinus rhythm of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome in Cardiovascular Department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2018.All patients were type 1 myocardial infarction and received emergency department.One month after PCI,β-blockers and ACEI drugs had been used to the maximum tolerated dose.A total of 58 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(29 patients)continued to receive Western medicine.The experimental group(29)For example,on the basis of Western medicine treatment,Jiagan Gancao Decoction was added and subtracted.The course of treatment was set at 4 weeks.The resting heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were collected for statistical analysis.Results By comparing the resting heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,the results showed that the resting group showed a further decrease in resting heart rate after treatment with the prescription of this study(P<0.01).The left ventricular ejection fraction increased to some extent(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding the use of Zhigancao Decoction on the basis of optimizing western medicine treatment can further reduce the resting heart rate of patients,and it can help the recovery of left heart function and improve the symptoms of patients.
