The Influence Of Pre-injection With Dexmedetomidine On The Onset Time And Recovery Time Of Rocuronium

Object: To explore The influence of pre-injection with dexmedetomidine on the onset time and recoverytime of rocuronium in total intravenous anesthesia.Method: From Dec2012to May2013,total of60patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery duringtotal intravenous anesthesia were collected at the anaesthesiology department of Naval GeneralHospital of PLA. And these patients were randomly divided into two groups, dexmedetomidinegroup(30patients) and control group(30patients).Dexmedetomidine1.0μg/kg was infusedintravenously prior to anesthesia induction in dexmedetomidine group(with in10min),while0.9%normal saline was infused in control group.MAP, HR, SpO2were monitored and recorded at thepoints of pre-administration,administration completed immediately,immediately preintubation,1min,3min and5min after intubation. Also the onset time and25%,50%,75%,90%recoverytime of rocuronium were recorded.Result: The onset time of rocuronium in dexmedetomidine group is shorter than that in the controlgroup(P<0.05).There were no influence on the25%,50%,75%,90%recovery time of rocuronium.Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine prior to induction can shorten the onset time of rocuronium, but there wasno effect on the recovery time of rocuronium.
