Objective:To explore the associated factors and the extent of their influences on treatment compliance,thisstudy aims to evaluate the compliance status of the re-hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus inmedical treatment,diet control,exercise,self-monitoring and periodic check-up,and find out its generalfeatures and regularity.Methods:Totally220re-hospitalized diabetic patients were surveyed by using the questionnaire in the firstaffiliated hospital of Medical College of Shihezi University through convenience sampling.Thequestionnaire content includes the general condition of patients,treatment compliance questionnaire and thequestionnaire of diabetes knowledge.The data analysis method included frequency,compositionratio,mean and standard deviation,variance analysis,pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression.Results:The overall sore of the treatment compliance of re-hospitalized patient with diabetes was41.32±5.91points,and the highest score was found in medical treatment(9.37±1.50), the others werediet(9.11±1.75),exercise(8.47±1.67),self monitoring(7.26±2.01) and periodic check-up(6.74±2.53).In amultiple-factors analysis of treatment compliance of re-hospitalized patient,the variables which entered theregression equation were education level,family to pay medical expenses,health education and theknowledge score of diabetes.Conclusion:The overall sore of treatment compliance of re-hospitalized patient with diabetes was in themedium level.Among the five indexes of treatment compliance for the re-hospitalized inpatients, score ofindex”compliance of medical treatment”was the highest,and the following order was “diet control”“exercise”self-monitoring”and “periodic check-up”. The main influential factors of the re-hospitalizedinpatients with diabetes mellitus were the knowledge score of diabetes,health education, cultual degree andfamily to pay medical expenses.
