Objective: To study the clinical value and theory root of the Clinical study onsupplementing QI and worming Yang and promoting Diuresis and Blood-flow stimulatingmethod in treating chronic heart failure;Methods:Select clinical study in patients with chronic heart failure,80cases wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group40cases, in which the controlgroup received4weeks of conventional Western medicine, the treatment group was basedon the use of self-prescription heart health benefits of water soup conduct IntegrativeMedicine;Results: After four weeks of treatment comparison, improvement in clinicalsymptoms of chronic heart failure, the medicine mainly two groups of patients aftertreatment, there was a significant difference compared with pre-treatment of minorsymptoms (all P <0.01); efficacy in clinical symptoms after treatment, the treatment group,the total effective rate was87.50%, and70.00%in the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); cardiac function and cardiac color ultrasoundmeasurement indicators, two groups of patients were compared to pre-treatment asignificant improvement (P <0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); in NT-ProBNP values, the two groups of patients before treatment weresignificantly decreased (P <0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than thecontrol group (P <0.05);Conclusion:Through this clinical study, preliminary verification heart health benefits of water soup clinical effectiveness in the treatment of chronic heart failure, and laid thefoundation for further study.
