Meta-analysis Of The Efficacy On Warming Yang,Supplementing Qi,Activating Blood Circulation And Promoting Diuresis In The Treatment Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease With Heart Failure

Purpose:Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the clinical curative effect of warming yang,supplementing qi,activating blood and promoting diuresis and Herbal Medicine on the heart failure of pulmonary heart disease.Material and method:With the following of international collaborative network of meta-analysis methods,strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and scientific search strategy were formulated to retrieve published in Chinese or English by computerized and manual method since the beginning of the database to the December 31,2016,then the literature were introduced into the Endnote X document management system for literature screening,then randomized controlled trials were conducted on the treatment of pulmonary heart disease with warming yang?supplementing qi?activating blood circulation and promoting diuresis combined with conventional western medicine.The data of the final inclusion were extracted,and the data of the second class and the continuous data were obtained by RevMan 5.3 software to perform Meta–analysis to form the body of evidence,then evidence quality assessment was carried out using GRADE software.Results: The analysis included a total of 18 studies,a total of 1433 cases of patients.They were divided into the treatment group(warming yang,supplementing qi,activating blood and promoting diuresis combined with conventional western medicine treatment)749 cases of patients and the control group(conventional western medicine treatment)684 cases of patients.Meta-analysis results show that: Efficacy in improving the overall clinical of patients,in improving the arterial oxygen pressure in patients,in reducing the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure and in reducing the plasma fibrinogen concentration in patients,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In terms of safety,TCM which following the way of warming yang,supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and promoting diuresis was produced by the mild reaction and self-mitigation,indicating its safety is better.Conclusion: Prescriptions for warming yang,supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and promoting diuresis were effective and safe to treat lung heart disease heart failure;The stability and reliability of the results of Met-analysis were impaired by the low quality researches because of so much bias,accuracy and other factors,so the results of these Meta-analysis should be confirmed.
