Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Aphasia With Jiawei Jieyudan Decoction

Objective: Through observing the effect of Jiawei Jieyudan decoction in treatingpost-stroke aphasia, to provides a definite effect, economic and practical treatmentmethod for post-stroke aphasia (PSA) patients, and discusses their action mechanism.Methods:63patients with post-stroke aphasia patients were randomly divided intotwo groups: treatment group and control group. the treatment group was treated withJiawei Jieyudan decoction, while the control group was treated with conventional therapy,After the two groups treated for four weeks, effect was observed.Results: The total clinical effective rate of clinic is93.54%and78.13in the treatmentgroup and in the control group respectively, There is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, Jiawei Jieyudan decoction significantly improved the ability ofpatient in hearing expression reading and writing, There is statistically significantdifference (P<0.05) excepting the hearing ability.And the total effective rate of TCMsymptoms is93.54%and81.25%in the treatment group and in the control grouprespectively, There is statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, JiaweiJieyudan decoction is significantly reduce TCM symptoms points (P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Jieyudan decoction is effective in treating post-stroke aphasia,and it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, improve life quality without toxic sideeffects, therefore having the further research, development and application value.
