Clinical Study Of Yi Qi Decoction In Treatment Of Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

Objective: From the comprehensive legislation, promoting blood circulationblood stasis, sun Qi and spleen and eliminating phlegm, heat clearing and detoxifyingangle, using the experience of my tutor "Yiqi" in the treatment of atheroscleroticcerebral infarction, and carries on the clinical observation and evaluation of curativeeffect, to provide new thought and method of Chinese Medicine for the treatment ofatherosclerosis.Methods: From2012October-2014year in February with50cases ofatherosclerotic cerebral infarction in patients with the inclusion criteria, wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group,25cases each group. Thecontrol group were treated with routine therapy that is taking Aspirin Enteric-coatedTablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets basis and the basis of disease treatment, thetreatment group in the control group on the basis of taking Yiqi treatment,4weeks asa course. Two groups were observed before and after treatment, overall curative effect(including clinical symptoms and signs of change, the recovery of neural function,blood lipids, blood coagulation and C reactive protein, Homocysteine and otherindicators).Results: The total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher thanthose in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups, thetreatment group (P<0.05); in the lower LDL-C, lipoprotein(a), fibrinogen, C reactiveprotein, significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, with significantdifferences, in the improvement of recovery. The clinical symptoms, physical signs ofTCM, improve the ability of living and quality of life of patients was significantly better than the control group. During the treatment, the treatment group control groupwithout any adverse reaction.Conclusion: Yiqi can significantly improve the clinical manifestations ofatherosclerotic cerebral infarction, signs, daily life ability, improve the quality of lifeof patients, regulate blood lipids, improve the blood coagulation, and in low densitylipoprotein, lipoprotein(a), fibrinogen, C reactive protein, serum homocysteine, theoverall effect is better than that of the control group. Yiqi is effective, safe andeffective treatment of atherosclerosis.
