Based On The Collaterals Theory Clinical Research For The Treatment Of IMN With Method Of Reinforcing Kidney, Circulating Blood And Restoirng Collateral

Objective: This topic by clinical studies in patients with reinforcing kidney,circulating blood and restoring collateral method aims to discuss the action mechanism,optimize clinical prescription medication and provide new way for the treatment of IMN.Methods: Will conform to the standard of60patients in clinic order30cases wererandomly divided into control group and treatment group30cases.The control group byoral and intravenous corticosteroids and oral alkylating agent monthly cycle alternatingtreatment;experimental group on the basis of the above treatment combined with method ofreinforcing kidney,circulating blood and restoring collateral.Observe compared to twogroups of treatment for2months,4months,6months the curative effect.Results:A total of57patients for6months observation,28cases of control group,experimental group29cases.Group of TCM symptoms curative effect was better thancontrol group (P=0.033), western medicine comprehensive curative effect comparisonbetween the two groups there is no statistical difference (P=0.421).6months aftertreatment control group and test group of24hours urinary protein quantitative lower thanbefore treatment and treatment for2months,4months, and the statistical differences (P﹤0.05), but there is no statistical difference between the two groups.Control group andexperimental group6months after treatment serum albumin is higher than before and2 months of treatment, and the statistical differences (P﹤0.05),6months after treatmentbetween the two groups, experimental group improve curative effect of plasma albuminsignificantly better than that of control group (P=0.00). Control group and experimentalgroup6months after treatment the level of cholesterol and triglycerides are lower thanbefore treatment, statistical differences (P﹤0.05), the experimental group lower lipidcurative effect is superior to the control group (P=0.004).Conclusion: Reinforcing kidney,circulating blood and restoring collateral method totreat IMN and blood stasis resistance syndrome has good curative effect,can significantlyimprove patients’ symptoms and signs, improve patient quality of life, and with theextension of treatment curative effect is gradually apparent.
