ObjectiveSalvia TMP investigate the treatment of early treatment of type2diabetic nephropathy,the relationship between diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theory,thus providing a reference for type2diabetes with nephropathy clinical treatment.MethodThe case study from a comprehensive medical Shandong Province Chinese MedicineHospital of Eastern Hospital District, from December2012to December2013, met theinclusion criteria of early type2diabetic60patients were divided into groups according tothe treatment method of grouping individual wishes of the patient, control group of30cases. During the two groups were compared for age, sex, blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic bloodpressure, serum albumin, blood urea nitrogen, and other aspects of chronic diabeticcomplications were not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable. Before observationand observation, both groups use Western medicine to control blood sugar, blood pressure,cholesterol and other basic treatment, making other variables between the two groupsremained relatively constant, converge. In the control group, the treatment alone basis;treatment group on the basis of basic treatment, plus Salvia TMP with saline250ml+10ml ivgtt qd, observation period of four weeks, of which the first two weeks of thetreatment period, after two weeks follow-up period. Changes in the patient ’s clinicalsigns and symptoms before and after treatment, recurrence after treatment, monitoring ofblood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin, urine albumin and otherindicators, and the combined result of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter four weeks of observation, the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs better than the control group, and reduce the relapse rate after itswithdrawal.ConclusionSalvia TMP early type2diabetic nephropathy has a good therapeutic effect, betterimprovement of clinical symptoms, improve their nutritional status and improve theirquality of life. |
