| PURPOSE Based on the investigation of TCM mental nursing cognition ofmenopausal women in community Chao yang District Changchun City, easy to appear in theclimacteric of today’s community of climacteric women insomnia, depression, paranoid,stubborn, emotional instability, easily excited, palpitations, fatigue and other symptoms, theemotional nursing corresponding suggestions and measures, so as to guide the climactericwomen face the reality, correct on climacteric syndrome adverse cognitive and negativecoping style, psychological and social problems to help them deal with the course of thedisease, maintain emotional stability, thereby promoting physical and mental recovery,improve quality of life.METHOD This study selected community in climacteric women in Chao yangDistrict Changchun City as the research object, first through the pre investigation, smallsample recovery, and for statistical analysis, test the reliability and validity of thequestionnaire, and the questionnaire was revised and perfected, and finally a large samplesurvey. In Changchun City Chao yang District community a total of400questionnaires,recovery after the analysis and selection and the statistics of the questionnaire, based on thestatistical analysis results puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures.RESULT The results showed that, age factors had little impact on overall cognitiveemotional nursing of TCM; perception difference on emotional nursing of TCM were; hadlittle impact on the cognition of TCM mental nursing. Different degree of menopausal womenin the overall perception of emotional nursing of TCM from on the whole, significantdifference; has a great influence on the emotional nursing of TCM attitudes; has a greatinfluence on the cognition of TCM mental nursing. Different occupation menopausal womenhad significant differences in the overall perception of emotional nursing of TCM; has a greatinfluence on TCM mental nursing attitude cognition; difference of TCM mental nursing needscognitive significantly. Different economic income of menopausal women had significant differences in overall cognition of TCM mental nursing; has a great influence on TCM mentalnursing attitude cognition; on the demand of cognitive, economic income good menopausalwomen for TCM mental nursing needs higher cognition, the menopausal women into notgood for TCM mental nursing needs cognitive minimum.CONCLUSION Influence of climacteric women in the community for the cognitionof TCM mental nursing by education, occupation, income and family burden and pressure oflife, the life of the community environment and other factors. Improve menopausal women incommunity awareness of TCM mental nursing needs of community and family members andpersonal effort. |
