The Clinical Research Of Relationship Between Children Cough Variant Asthma Wlationshiith Purple "qichi" And Immunoglobulin (IgG、IgA、IgM)

Objective: Observe the clinical research of relationship between children coughvariant asthma wlationshiith purple “Qichi” and immunoglobulin (lgG,lgA,lgM), explore thefactors of children asthma, provide the basis for prevention and treatment of children asthmaand the observation of changes of “Qichi” is the new content to pediatric clinic.Methods: Collecting90children cases data. Choose30cases with purple "Qichi"chinchilla symptoms characteristic which are regarded as observation group. Choose30children CAV without purple “Qichi” chinchilla symptoms characteristic which are regardedas control group1and choose30healthy children which are regarded as control group2.Results: lgG,lgA and lgM level of the children CAV with purple “Qichi” chinchillasymptoms characteristic is less than the children CAV without purple “Qichi” chinchillasymptoms characteristic and the healthy children escepecially the lgA and lgM. Some childrenhave the higher level of lgG,lgA and lgM in the normal range.Conclusion: Immunocompromised is one of the reasons of children CAV with purple“Qichi” chinchilla, so doctors should examine the Immunoglobulin (lgG, lgA, lgM) level ofchildren CAV with purple “Qichi” to regulate the immunity, and provides diagnosis bases forthe systematization and standardization of clinic. The research of the relationship between“Qichi” changes and the changes of the immunoglobulin level is the new content to clinic.
