The Analysis Of Depression And Influent Fact On Maintain Hemodialysis Patient

Purpose: To analyse the incidence of depression on MHD patients, understand the impact of relevant factors on depression, provide evidence and discover the intervention method of depression and increase the quality of life on MHD patients for clinicians.Method: Using questionnaire to collect relevant information of 300 MHD patients in the affiliated hospital to C hangchun university of Chinese medicine and the first Bethune hospital of jilin university.The general social include sexual,age,educational status,economy,marriage, medical insurance.The clinical information include duration of dialysis,complication of Cardiovascular,Cerebrovascular disease,hypertension,diabetes mellitus.Using BDI measures the depression,then MHD patients divided into depression group and non-depression group accourding to the depression scores.Using KDQOL measures quality of life o n MHD patients.Analysing general social date,clinical date and K DQOL scores,then finding the morbidity of depression and its related factors on MHD patients.Results:The research collected 300 MHD patients contain 96 depressive patients(32%).The sexsual,age,duration of dialysis,complication of hypertension and diabetes mellitus have no significant correction with the depression of MHD patients(P>0.05).The work status, education, economy,medical insurance,complication of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular disease have significant influent of depression scores on MHD patients(P<0.05).Depression group and the non-depressed group scores are significantly different in all parts of KDQOL, and each parts of KDQOL scores are lower than normal(P<0.05).The economy,medical insurance,complication of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular disease independent influence to depression of MHD patients accourding to the Logistic regression analysis.( P<0.05)Conclusions: 1.The morbidity of depression is very high on MHD patients.2.The economy,medical insurance,complication of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular disease are influent factors of depression on MHD patients.3.Depression is a impact factor of the decline of quality of life on MHD patients.
