The Study On The Current Status And Influencing Factors Of Occupational Well-being Of Community Nurses

Objective This study aimed to investigate the community nurses`occupation well-being status, and analyze the influencing factors, the correlation analysis was made between the various factors and the occupation of happiness, Considering the major factors affecting the vocational happiness of community nurses, relevant suggestions are made to improve the quality of nursing services in the community and to provide reference basis for theoretical researches on vocational happiness.Methods Adopt to the convenience sampling, 247 community nurses from19 community health service center extraction in Changchun City has been selected for the requirements for status and its influencing factors of occupation happiness questionnaire research. The questionnaire survey is made up of three forms, respectively are “ form of general information”,“ happiness scale of faces” “ questionnaire on vocational happiness of community nurses “. Excel 2013 is employed for Data input and SPSS20.0is adopted for statistical analysis like t-test, Descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and mult-variable linear return analysis.Results The 238 community nurses in the survey, the cumulative percentage of choosing happiness and above is 29.4%, while unhappy accounted for 41.6%, it is obviously, community nurse occupation well-being overall level is not high; except the gender, level comparison significant differences between age, nursing age, marital status, salary treatment and other demographic characteristics of community nurse occupation well-being; the seven dimensions including the interpersonal relationship, occupation itself, working environment, salary, work performance, physical health, work emotion, and the occupation well-being significantly is less than 0.05, all reached significant,including salary standard coefficient is 0.503, the maximum positive influence on occupation of happiness sense, followed by the occupation itself, work environment, work achievements, work emotion, interpersonal relationship and health.Conclusion The overall level of community nurse occupation well-being remains to be further improved; community nurses’ demographic characteristics, seven community nurses occupation happiness sense of dimension has a certain influence to the occupation well-being;suggestions of community and nursing administrators to promote the community care development more steadily, the future should improve the following establish a scientific and reasonable salary system, improve the community nurse salary, l build platform of nursing growth professional,attention to community nurses` mental health, and actively create conditions to support community care nurses to improve education levels,increase the title promotion opportunity, promote nursing career community development to a higher level, and then improve the level of community service.
