Purpose: Resear in Diabetes mice’s content changing of t-PA,PAI-1 in the plasma and myocardial tissue is to discover intervention mechanism of tonifing qi and vein relaxing prescription preliminary.Method: Divide mice into three groups:Diabetes model,treating by herbal medicine and normal.The Diabetes model and treating by herbal medicine were made by STZ.Then detected blood sugar and content of t-PA,PAI-1 in the plasma and myocardial tissue.Result: Content of T-PA and PAI-1 from plasma and myocardial tissue of mice suffer from Diabetes was evidently higher and lower compared with the normal.And the content of T-PA and PAI-1 of Diabetes model was sharp different from treating by herbal medicine.Conclusion: There may be regulating the function of fibrinolytic system of Diabetes organism that was the intervention machanism of tonifing qi and vein relaxing prescription preventing and treating Diabetes.
