| Objective:To investigate the hepatitis B virus to carry and iron nutritional status and the relationship between Gestational diabetes.Methods:From November 2011 to January 2014 hospital deliveries in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in 126 cases,select the same period in non-pregnant mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus as the control group 186 cases,collected from each group of patients carrying hepatitis B virus and serum ferritin levelsã€hemoglobinã€glycosylated hemoglobinã€MCVã€MCHã€liver function, such as information and analysis of the situation.Results:GDM group, glycosylated hemoglobin and serum ferritin level is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant; Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that SF, HbA1C are independent risk factors for GDM occurred. GDM group,126 patients, HBV carriers in 14 cases,26 cases of the control group HBV carriers, GDM group and the control group were P>0.05. The difference was not statistically significance.Conclusion:The rise in iron storage during pregnancy is a risk factor for gestational diabetes occurs. Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus has nothing to do with the hepatitis B virus carrier. |
