Clinical Reserach Of Cangfudaotan Tang Decoctionin The Treatment Of Girls Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty With Splenic Deficiency Sputum Junction Syndrome

Purpose:To apply The add and subtract Cangfudaotan Tang with girls Splenic deficiency sputum junction Syndrome idiopathic central precocious (ICPP),and setting up GnRHa triporelin as the control group, and observe before and after the treatment of two groups of children with clinical symptoms of TCM, gonad hormone level, body mass index, and the size of the uterus, ovarian volume, to objective evaluate and summary the effect of the add and subtract Cangfudaotan Tang with girls Splenic deficiency sputum junction Syndrome ICPP clinical curative, provide objective basis for syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:Collected into 55 cases according to the standard of Splenic deficiency sputum junction Syndrome ICPP girl, were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Give the add and subtract Cangfudaotan Tang to the 30 cases in treatment group, triporelin to the 25 cases in control group. Observe the clinical treatment of gonadal hormone levels,ovarian volume,body mass index clinical symptoms of TCM of the two groups before and after.Compared two groups of curative effects.Results:1. To compare the status of the body mass index (BMI):there was treatment group of BMI fell, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the control group before and after treatment no obvious change in BMI, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment between the two way BMI comparative differences are statistically significant (P<0.05); That the treatment group can obviously reduce BMI, effect is superior than the control group.2. The uterus, ovarian volume and the comparison of gonadal hormone levels:after 3 months treatment of gonadal hormone levels, two groups were compared with before treatment of uterus, ovarian volume, LH, FSH,LH/FSH, E2,TESTO,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05),compared the value differences between the two way,LH,E2,TESTO has no statistical significance(P<0.05), shows that the two groups can reduce LH,E2,TESTO has no obvious difference.3. Compare the efficacy of TCM syndrome:treatment group and control group were compared with before treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), after treatment compared with the difference was statistically significant between the two way,(P<0.05). Indicated that both groups can improve the clinical symptoms, the treatment group is superior than the control group.4. The comparison of the clinical total effective rate:the treatment group was 93.3%, the control group was 96%, after treatment compared the two way has no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The add and subtract Cangfudaotan Tang scattered in the treatment of Splenic deficiency sputum junction syndrome ICPP in improve endocrine, can achieve equal curative effect to the triporelin; and in improving the clinical symptoms, lower BMI is better than that in control group; showing the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease, and providing objective basis for syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
