Objective:To explore the infection status of cervical lesions in Xinjiang women,and understand the distribution of HPV in the cervical lesions. Analyzed to provide basic scientific data for the development of effective regional control strategies and provide a scientific basis for cervical cancer prevention strategies.Methods:Use pubmed and wanfang query articles,and Meta-analysis was conducted on studies published from Jan 2001 to Sep 2013 to evaluate synthetically the relationship between HPV infection and the lesions of cervix. Adopting SPSS16.0 for data statistics and analysis, usingχ2 test for comparing different tissue type HPV infection, than use the REVMAN5.0 to compare with high-risk HPV type.Result:HPV infection rate of Cervical lesions in Xinjiang women was 58.97%(22322/3954).The commom distribution of high-risk HPV type of cervical lesions in top 5 is HPV16 and HPV18, HPV58,HPV52, HPV31, and HPV16 is the most common in then.In cervical cancer, the second is HPV18 and 58. In CIN,the second is HPV58 and 52, the third one is HPV18. The second type is HPV58 in chronic cervicitis, the third is HPV33 and 52. HPV16 and HPV18, HPV58 in cervicitis、CIN and cervical canceer permeance of meta analysis, incorporate the cervical CIN and cervical cancer to disease group, Chronic cervicitis incorporated in the control group, it will eventually reach the conclusion that HPV 16 and HPV 18 infection in cervical lesions is higher than chronic cervicitis group, the HPV58 in cervical lesions and chronic cervicitis group has similar infections.Conclusion:HPV infection rate in Cervical lesions in the organization have difference in Xinjiang region. The overall to high-risk type HPV 16, HPV 18 and HPV58 is given priority to infection; The infection types distribution in different lesions of the Xinjiang region has a certain difference in cervical tissue, the Meta-analysis results, the distribution of high-risk HPV16 and HPV18 overall with domestic similar research, and the infection of HPV 58 in cervicitis group with cervical lesions.
