| Objective:Investigation and research the knowledge and Behavior of Related to the Cervical Cancer, HPV and HPV Vaccine in Uygur and Han Women in Xinjiang, to provide health education model for future prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, to provide the basis for the introduction of HPV vaccines and reduce the morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer, and promote women’s health., Methods:Using the cluster sampling method of cross-sectional study, these voluntary participants Southern Xinjiang region women and gynecology outpatients in our hospital will finish the questionnaire,the questionnaires include Uygur and Han two kinds of language, and statistics the questionnaire results. Results:1900 Uygur women awareness of cervical cancer, HPV and HPV vaccines are as follows:25.0%,8.0%,4.0%.2000 Han women awareness of cervical cancer, HPV and HPV vaccines were 35.0%,19.0%,7.0%. Known risk factors for cervical cancer proportion of Uygur and Han woman was 15.6%,26.5%. Uygur, Han women know about cervical cancer screening is a necessary to do once a year rates were 18.0%,27.0%, Did the cervical smear test rate were:18.0%,31.0%, Did HPV testing rate as follows:4.5%,11.0%.There are have relationship between Knowledge and woman education level, the difference have had statistically significant, P<0.05. With the increase of educational level, Uygur and Han women knowledge of cervical cancer, HPV and the HPV vaccine will increased.ConcIusion:Uygur women awareness of cervical cancer, HPV and the HPV vaccine is lower than the Han women in Xinjiang, especially the Uygur women lack of knowledge on cervical cancer, HPV and the HPV vaccine. Therefore to improve the education level of the Xinjiang Urban women and to increase the awareness of cervical cancer, HPV and the HPV vaccine, we should carry out effective health education and propaganda model, and create conditions for the promotion of the HPV vaccine, to promote women’s health. |
