Methods:Collected the patients who see a doctor in the first sffiliated of xinjiang medical university the subject to breathe from February 2013 to February 2015, see a doctor in the hospital respiratory clear diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and have merged the two organs organ damage in patients with different degrees of the statistical analysis of relevant data through the indicators before and after the treatment of patients in the study of trends, to understand the effects of different treatments on the indicators change.Results:Name, age, hospital patients group, etc. No statistical difference. Patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders after treatment with noninvasive assisted ventilation suit the breathing to a certain extent, the improvement of heart function, renal function, and common to the difference was statistically significant between patients with noninvasive ventilation. Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation symptomatic treatment can reduce chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with multiple organ impairment of renal function and BNP index, improve symptoms.
