| Purpose: In the expelling blood circulation,replenishing essence and marrow treatment under,observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture in treating hemorrhagic strokerecovery period.Method:Using the method of random,control clinical trial,observation of Hemorrhagic stroke patients in recovery stage in 65 cases, the control group were given traditional Chinese medicine decoction, two sodium chloride injection of adenosine triphosphate magnesium,rehabilitation treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the given acupuncturetreatment, treatment for 28 days. On the day of admission, respectively for 4weeks, 3 monthsfor efficacy evaluation.Result: A total of 65 patients were enrolled patients, off 5 cases, a total of 60 cases of statistics the number of cases. 4 weeks after the treatment, the treatment group and the control group in reducing the degree of disability and improving the ability of activities of daily living,had nosignificant difference(P > 0.05); the two group improved in comparison with the groups there are differences within the group in promoting the recovery of motor function, TCM syndrome, treatment group than in control group(P<0.05); into the group after3 months, mRs was more than 2 points in the segment, two group in reducing the degree of disability are differences, the treatment group than in control group(P< 0.05); BI was more than 85 points in the segment, two group in improving the ability of activities of daily livingsquare has the difference, the treatment group better than the control group(P< 0.05);the two group improvedcompared with the groups there are differences within the group in promoting the recovery of motor function, TCM syndrome, treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In the expelling blood circulation, replenishing essence and marrow treatment under,can reduce the degree of disability, improve the ability of daily life, promote the recovery of motor function, improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, curative effect is more obvious. |
