Qi And Activating Blood Method Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Sepsis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of sepsis chemical fiber capsule on serum IL-6, IL-10, the influence of TNF alpha level in the treatment.Methods:Using randomized, controlled trial method, this study will be nearly 60 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into western medicine routine treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the control group, n=30) and conventional western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) chemical fiber capsule (hereinafter referred to as treatment group, n=30), when all of the patients included in the study and treatment of 7 and 14 days for TCM symptom score, APACHE Ⅱ score, SOFA score, recording vital signs commonly and extract the venous blood serum IL-6, IL-10 and the tumor factor to the level of TNF alpha, and within the two groups before and after treatment and compared between groups. In order to observe the difference between the treatment group and control group, to assess the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) chemical fiber capsule in the treatment of sepsis. The determination of serum IL-6, IL-10 and the tumor factors of TNF alpha level by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) were determined.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment of TCM symptom score, APACHE Ⅱ score, SOFA score no significant difference (P>0.05), the two groups after treatment in patients with APACHE Ⅱ score, SOFA score and TCM symptom score were significantly decreased, the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05). Treatment of 7 and 14 days after two groups of patients’ serum IL-6, IL-10 and the tumor factor the level of TNF alpha are decreased, compared with the control group, treatment group decreased more significantly. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qi and activating blood method of traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) chemical fiber capsule has significant advantages in the treatment of sepsis and curative effect,can reduce sepsis patients serum IL-6, IL-10 and the tumor factor to the level of TNF alpha, control of sepsis in patients with systemic inflammatory response, ease patients pro inflammatory and anti-inflammatory imbalance, can improve the cure rate of sepsis patients, and reduce the case fatality rate.2.Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of sepsis has obvious advantages and strengths, worthy of further clinical research and extension.
