So the 1ight intensity fromthe optic fiber is severa1 thousands times than ever andenough to detect the faint f1uorescence. We deve1op thecomPuter soft that can make the operation more simP1e andautomatic. We a1so formu1ate a new so1--gel method to fix thef1uorescence substance on the body fiber. The above workprovide the foundation of the project.The other work is the supply for the F0CS system. Wese1ect the anticancer drugs Daunorubicin(DNR) andAdriaJnyc1n (ADM) as study objects. An anima1 mode1 is designedfor experiment and an optic fiber is 1nserted in therabbit's neck artery. DNR is determined by F0CS system basedon the feature fluorescence spectrum. The method shows theaverage recoveries 99. 9 -- 108. 0%, the average re1ativestandard deviations 2. 5--5. 3%, the detection limit 0. 05 llg/m1 (S/N=3). At the sarie time, the serun smp1e is determinedby simP1e f1uorimetry method as a coIIlPary way. ADM is37.determined by FOGS based on the fluorescence multiple quenching.A new sol梘el method is used to fix the fluorescence substance D?0 on the body fiber . The vary quenching means the vary of the concentration of ADM in rabbit?s blood.The method?s average recoveries 99.7挆 100. 2%, the average relative standard deviations is 2.95æ‹-3.77%,the detection limit is 0.057 it g/ml(S/N3).The fluorimetry method as a compary way with FOCS method.
