The Clinical Pratice And Effect Evaluation On The Nursing Programs For The TCM Of The Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

ObjectiveUnderstanding of Henoch-Schonlein purpura disease on syndrome-related knowledge level. Analysis of two nursing programs on the Henoch-Schonlein purpura syndrome-related differences in the level of knowledge and influence patient care and job satisfaction. By analyzing the effects of two methods of clinical nursing care benefits, providing more scientific and effective care programs for clinical care.MethodsThis study used a quasi-experimental study of the historical control study, take convenience sampling method to select patients from April 2013 to March 2015 at a hospital in Harbin Hematology hospitalized 102 cases, the patients were divided according to the time of admission control and experimental groups. In the control group were treated with conventional care regimens, the experimental group used by Chinese medicine care programs purpura administration issued in 2014 patient care. In the basement of searching a lot of the domestic and foreign literature and also combine the point of related experts, issue the Henoch-Schonlein purpura general questionnaire, purpura related knowledge questionnaire, then some related experts valued the content validity of the purpura related questionnaire, and measured that the content validity is 0.91.Through an preliminary experiment measured Henoch-Schonlein purpura related knowledge questionnaire Cronbach coefficient of 0.82.Adopted by the Kearny and Fleisher develop self-care ability of scale,A large number of studies have shown that this scale has good validity of the scale, reliability and validity of measurement is 0.97.In the preliminary experiment measured the Cronbach coefficient of 0.83.The responsibility nurse give general information questionnaire to the two groups of patients, Henoch-Schonlein purpura knowledge questionnaire and self care ability scale,before the patient discharged from hospital, issuing the hospital related knowledge questionnaire and patients to nursing job satisfaction questionnaire and self nursing competence scale, Using spss!9.0 package for statistical analysis of data collected.Results1.Before the intervention, two groups of patients with baseline data compared commonly, there was no significant difference, no statistical significance (p>0.05).2.Before the intervention,two groups of patients with knowledge levels and self-care ability of scoring,there was no significant difference, no statistical significance (p>0.05).3.Before and after the intervention,two groups of patientswith knowledge levels and self-care ability of scoring was significantly higher than before, there were significant differences(p<0.05), with statistical significance.4.After the intervention,two groups of patients with knowledge levels and self-care ability of scoring,there were significant differences (p<0.05), with statistical significance.5.After the intervention,two groups of patients on the satisfaction score of nursing work, there were significant differences (p<0.05), with statistical significance.6.The nursing effect evaluation of the main syndrome of patientsis was given priority to with the "good" and "a littile good". Adherence and satisfaction of patients to the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique was high. Nurses thought the scheme was practical or strong, accounted for about 79%.Conclusion1.The group which adopt of purpura scheme can significantly improve patients to disease related knowledge and patients’self-care ability.2.Compared with the conventional nursing plan, purpura TCM nursing plan detailed, standardization of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique, has targeted to patients with integrity of the whole nursing intervention, can improve patients satisfaction of nursing work more effctively.3.Purpura TCM nursing program is a positive effective nursing care plan.
