Objective: To investigate the Xinjiang Uygur Moyu rural epidemic situation and to explore adult periodontitis and systemic factors of correlation. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used in this study: Moyu County’s 364 villages were divided into 364 layers, 20 villages wre randomly selected from these layers, the chosen villages evenly distributed around in Moyu Country. In accordance with the sampling principles and minimum sample volume formula,2612 people were chosen for this investigation which expanded 10 times the actual samples.2007 people of them had responded, a response rate of 77%. Calculation and analysis of periodontitis prevalence, through univariate analysis of periodontitis of epidemiological factors, these factors were included in Logistic regression analysis of risk factors associated with periodontitis, there were statistically significant related risk factors associated with the use of dental spearman correlation analysis correlation with the severity of risk factors. Results: The rural Uygur adult in Moyu County had periodontitis prevalence of 72%, Logistic regression analysis of risk factors associated with screening descending order: age(OR = 3.033), BMI index(OR = 1.075), waist(OR = 1.043), diastolic blood pressure(OR = 1.011), serum uric acid(OR = 0.997), the estimated glomerular filtration rate(estimated glomerular filtration rate, eGFR)(OR = 0.996), body weight(OR = 0.953) and gender(OR = 0.402). Periodontitis severity of risk factors with Spearman correlation analysis, including gender, age, BMI index, degree of obesity, weight, waist and eGFR, correlation coefficients were-0.145,0.478,0.152,0.126,0.138,0.264,0.121, P = 0.00(95% confidence interval: 0.081-0.160) In addition to indexing periodontitis was negatively correlated with gender, the indexing and the rest of periodontitis risk factors showed a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: Rural Uygur Moyu high prevalence of adult periodontitis, periodontitis popular with a variety of factors related to the severity of periodontitis classification was negatively correlated with gender, age, BMI index, degree of obesity, weight, waist circumference and eGFR showed a significant positive correlation. Periodontitis were correlated with obesity and chronic kidney disease.
