| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with Awn Needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, a new treatment method to explore, through the elongated needle in combination with the results of curative effect evaluation of peripheral facial paralysis with electroacupuncture treatment were compared, the method in clinical application value, for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis to provide new ideas.Methods:60 cases of clinical patients, were eligible for inclusion of peripheral facial paralysis and diagnostic criteria, in accordance with the random number table, randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group combined with electroacupuncture (EA for Awn Needle Method for density wave), acupoint selection for the sun, jiachengjiang, Jiache, Sibai, Yang Bai, Shimonoseki, Yifeng, the control group for acupuncture, acupoint selection for Cuanzhu, Yuyao, Yang Bai, Sibai,Quanliao, Jiache, Dicang, Hegu,Kunlun. Selected patients daily treatment 1, treatment 6 times a week,6 times for a course,4 courses of treatment. Treatment after 4 courses of treatment, sorting and statistical classification of patients before and after H-B, after treatment the score conversion table, Toronto quantitative scoring system grading score score, evaluation of treatment effect.Results:the general data of the two groups of patients with gender, age were no significant difference (P>0.05), suggesting that groups were comparable. Observe the score results, two patients in the treatment group after the scale scores were decreased (P< 0.05), the treatment group in comparison has the obvious difference (P< 0.05), suggesting that the two kinds of treatment methods have the curative effect, the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis treatment group the total efficiency is 90%, the conventional electric acupuncture needle the control group of peripheral facial paralysis treatment the total effective rate was 80%, there was significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05), Awn Needle Combined with electroacupuncture group is better than the routine acupuncture group.Conclusion:1 acupuncture and conventional Awn Needle Acupuncture Treatment of peripheral facial paralysis were in clinical A good therapeutic effect, but the curative effect was significantly better than that of the latter.2 Awn Needle Acupuncture Treatment of peripheral facial paralysis function score higher, more can significantly promote the recovery of facial nerve function. |
