ObjectiveTo understand the related health knowledge level of the first-time mothers of cesarean section,Analyze the influence factors of knowledge level. Compared with conventional health education for primipara and individualized health education of the knowledge level、breastfeeding self-confidence, parenting self-efficacy three differences, and To explore a better health education model.MethodsThis study uses the design of quasi-experiments,based on KAP theory. First to establish knowledge manual and questionnaire.Refer to a large number of domestic and foreign literature and books, according to the research objective to draw up general information questionnai、maternal and baby care knowledge manual and maternal and neonatal care knowledge questionnaire. The manual is divided into infant and maternal papers to two parts, please experts to review the related information.Self-designed questionnaire by the researcher according to the research purpose, including self care, newborn care and maternal breastfeeding knowledge three dimensions.According to the opinions of the experts within the questionnaire items were modified, and has carried on the overall on language and language adjustment, eventually became a formal questionnaire.And ask experts to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, content validity coefficient is 0.85, after preliminary experiments,Cronbach’s have been measured is 0.84Choose our hospital maternity hospital primipara 113 cases as the research object, according to admission order were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, one group is 57 cases,the other is 56 cases. Control group adopts the hospital routine health education. Experimental group adopts experimental group,On hospital day on maternal and neonatal knowledge questionnaire, breastfeeding self-confidence and parenting self-efficacy.To understand their current knowledge level and performance level,According to the score of each item marked emphasis in the knowledge data.Again according to the score situation and analysis of first-time mothers showed higher attention in daily communication problems to develop targeted health education program.Dynamically adjusted according to change everyone health education program until discharged from hospital.To develop health education plan fully considering the mothers’age, occupation, maternal knowledge sources, such as general information.About 30 to 45 minutes a day of one-on-one.When they want to leave the hospital,fill out the maternal and neonatal knowledge questionnaire, breastfeeding self-confidence and parenting self-efficacy scale survey, to evaluate the effect of two groups of health education.Fill in all use the anonymous form of questionnaire and scale, by the study on the spot issue on the spot, recovery. All data using SPSS 17.0 software package for processing, descriptive analysis of data, two sample t test, paired t test, analysis of variance and so on.Finally the results are obtained.Results1.Before intervention,113 cases of cesarean section primipara questionnaire score of knowledge is 42.28±2.71,the score of maternal self-care is 1.62±0.22,the score of newborn care is 1.56±0.16,the score of breastfeeding is 1.86±0.17.Breastfeeding knowledge score is the highest, the lowest score is newborn care knowledge.2.The influencing factors of cesarean section primipara knowledge level have culture degree and the pregnancy if attended maternal parenting knowledge lecture, not found with ethnic, religious faith, occupation, family per capita income, maternity leave and so on.3.After the intervention, the knowledge score:the control group is 60.57±1.82 points.the experimental group is 81.47±2.24 points.Breastfeeding self-confidence:the control group is 102.27±3.08 points. the control group is 133.12±3.94 points. Parenting self-efficacy score:the control group is 57.67±0.96 points,the experimental group is 73.59±2.41 points. Comparing the two groups in the related knowledge points, breastfeeding self-confidence and parenting self-efficacy comparative differences are statistically signi ficant(p<0.05).Conclusion1. Before the intervention.cesarean section primipara maternal and neonatal care knowledge score was 42.28±2.71,(25~50 divided into low levels of knowledge).Breastfeeding knowledge score is the highest, the lowest score is newborn care knowledge.2. The influencing factors of cesarean section primipara knowledge level have culture degree and the pregnancy if attended maternal parenting knowledge lecture, cultural degree is higher, the higher knowledge level.Participated in the knowledge lecture during pregnancy, knowledge level higher than the participants.3. Compared with Individualized health education and routine health education,the Individualized health education helps more to improve the knowledge level,breastfeeding self-confidence and maternal self-efficacy of cesarean delivery first-time mothers.
