The Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Triple Therapy In Treatment Of Yin Clip Wet Type Atrophic Vaginitis

Research purposes:This subject adopts the traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy in treatment of yin clip wet atrophic vaginitis, to observe the clinical curative effect, and curative effect evaluation of the method, as to provide theoretical basis for this law in the clinical application and promotion.Research methods:The issue met the inclusion criteria 96 cases of atrophic vaginitis were randomly divided into three groups, namely a group of 32 patients (triple therapy group, oral medicine + vaginal douche + encolpism),32 cases of group B (oral medicine + vaginal douche), group C 32 patients (oral medicine + encolpism). By comparing the three groups of patients before and after treatment syndromes, genital symptoms, vaginal secretions PH value, cleanliness inspection, vaginal exfoliated cells and compare the recurrence rate observed its efficacy.Research results:1. The total curative effect after treatment in patients with three groups: A, B, C group total effective rate were 93.75%,80.00%,87.10%, after statistics analysis, P> 0.05, no statistical significance, three groups total effective rate have no significant difference; A, B, C three groups markedly effective rate were 81.25%,53.33%,58.06%, after statistics analysis, group A compared with group B and C, respectively, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, showed markedly effective rate of group A is better than two groups of B, C. Group B compared with group C, P>0.05, no significant difference.2. TCM syndrome, vaginal signs of integration:comparison group, A, B, C three groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and vaginal signs integral compared with before treatment,were significantly decreased, P<0.05 suggesting that three groups of treatment can effectively improve the syndromes and vaginal signs; Comparison between treatment group, group A of syndromes and vaginal signs total score was lower than that in group B, C P<0.05, suggesting that group A with B and C group results more significantly; group B compared with group C, P> 0.05, no significant difference.3. The vaginal PH condition, cleanliness:the comparison within groups, A, B. C three groups after treatment of vaginal PH, cleanliness of integral compared with before treatment, were significantly decreased, P<0.05, suggesting that three groups of treatment can effectively improve the vaginal environment, reduce the PH value and cleanliness; Comparison between groups after treatment, group A set of integral was lower than that in group B. C, P<0.05, suggesting that the effect of group A was more significant than that of group B and C; group B compared with group C, P> 0.05, no significant difference.4. Vaginal exfoliated cells:comparison within groups, A, B, C three groups after treatment MI were "right" and MV values were increased, P <0.05, suggesting that three groups all can promote the treatment of vaginal epithelial hyperplasia, improve the level of vaginal estrogen; MV value comparison between groups after treatment, compared to group A, B, group A was better than group B, P<0.01, and extremely significant difference; gruop A compared with group C, group A is better than that of group C, P<0.05, significant difference; Compared with group B, C, group C is better than that of group B, P<0.05, significant difference. The group A is best, second in group C, and the final B group.5. Recurrence rate after treatment:group A compared with group B and C respectively, both P<0.05, the difference significant, suggesting group A recurrence rate was lower than that in group B, C; group B compared with group C, P>0.05, no significant difference.Research conclusions:According to the research shows that Chinese medicine medicinal broth of oral combined Chinese medicine douching and BaoFuKang Shuan encolpism method to treat yin clip wet atrophic vaginitis is effective in improving the TCM syndrome, vaginal signs, vaginal PH, cleanliness and vaginal exfoliated cells distribution change each index has obvious advantage. This scheme has the markedly effective rate is high, the recurrence rate is low, the advantages of atrophic vaginitis has certain value in clinical treatment.
