The Analysis Of Clinical Curative Effect Comparison Betw Eeen Before The Peritoneal Clearance And Hernia Ring Filli Ng Type Without Tension Repair For The Treatment Of Femo Ral Hernia

Objective:to investigate the clinical curative effect for the treatment of inguinal fem oral hernia between the inguinal hernia repair with peritoneal clearance before without ten sion and hernia ring filling type without tension inguinal hernia repair.Methods:a retrospe ctive analysis 23 patients who with inguinal femoral hernia were treated in the First Affilia ted Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2009 to December 2014.Accord ing to the operation method, the patients were divided into the peritoneal clearance befor e without tension inguinal femoral hernia repair with no tension inguinal hernia ring fillin g type femoral hernia repair for clinical comparison research.Observing two groups of ave rage operation time, postoperative pain VAS score, postoper ative complications and post operative recurrence.Results:the peritoneal clearance before and hernia ring filling type g roup average operation time were 44.1±5.68 min and 39.6±4.86 min.Postoperative pai n,4,8,12 h pain VAS differences in both groups has no statistical significance (P>0.0 5), but after a month pain VAS difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Peritonea 1 clearance group before scrotal edema in 1 case, postoperative 4 days faded, no foreign bo dy sensation, no postoperative recurrence;Postoperative hernia ring filling type group scrot al edema in 2 cases, postoperative 3 to 7 days faded,2 cases of subcutaneous seroma, disa ppear after piercing.Body sensation in 5 cases, postoperative follow-up 5-18 months witho ut recurrence, the postoperative body sensation was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:the peritoneal clearance without tension before repair in the treatment of ingu inal femoral hernia in terms of postoperative body sensation is better than that of repairin g hernia ring filling type, and the peritoneal clearance without tension repair before apply t he patch to cover the entire muscle pubic hole, can prevent other hernia recurrence, is a sur gical procedure for the treatment of inguinal femoral hernia is more reasonable.
