The Evaluation Method For The Treatment Of Wenbushenyang Decline Of Vital Gate Fire Clinical Effect Of Erectile Dysfunction

Objective: To explore the method of treatment of warming and Tonifying Kidney Yang decline of vital gate fire type erectile dysfunction impotence treatment effect, for the clinical use of warming and Tonifying Kidney Yang therapy decline of vital gate fire type erectile dysfunction and provide a theoretical basis. Methods: to collect to the Xinjiang Medical University Fifth Affiliated Hospital Outpatient Department of traditional Chinese medicine and diagnosis for erectile dysfunction and TCM Syndrome Differentiation for the decline of vital gate fire type 60 patients, randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the control group, treatment for 4 weeks, erectile function questionnaire respectively before and after the treatment of-5 International(IIEF-5), the erection quality scale(Erection Quality Scale, EQS) and TCM syndrome integral. Results: the treatment group, the control group after treatment in international questionnaire of erectile function-5(IIEF-5), the erection quality scale(Erection Quality Scale, EQS) integral and TCM syndrome was significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05), in the treatment group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the integral group compared with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: tonifying kidney yang drugs can significantly improve the decline of vital gate fire type erectile dysfunction, erectile quality and kidney yang deficiency.
