H. extract of roots, stems in two different parts of the Erteng Tongbi Mixture rat adjuvant arthritis inflammation of swelling and blood analysis, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a) detection, as well as mouse writhing test and mice analgesic analgesic law of thermal radiation experiments, observations T. H. H. roots, stems in two different parts of the extract Erteng Tongbi Mixture pharmacodynamic effects and differences for the anti-inflammatory response.Results1. adjuvant arthritis model in rats:rats after modeling, model group, roots, stems each treatment group, methotrexate (MTX) group, compared with the normal group, the body weight were all reduced, There was statistically significant (P<0.01); after modeling, the rats were induced inflammation caused by swelling of extremities, swelling with the normal group was statistically significant (P<0.01), after treatment, all treatment group, MTX group swelling and model group were mitigated by (P<0.05, P<0.01), but the root, stem and relatively no difference between the treated groups, but also between the MTX group compared with no difference; ESR, CRP, IL-1, TNF-α was measured between the groups did not detect changes in regularity, roots, stems in each treatment group and MTX group failed to reduce ESR, CRP, IL-1, TNF-α levels; each group of rats was measured blood analysis, it will cause some changes in blood cells, such as the total number of white blood cells after the model of each group (WBC) will be increased, while the treatment group stems dose can be reduced WBC (P<0.01), the total number of red blood cells in each group (RBC) remained unchanged after modeling, stems dose can be reduced RBC (P <0.01), hemoglobin (HGB) in each group were decreased after modeling, stems dose group may reduce HGB (P<0.01), but after the model does not cause the total number of each platelet (PLT) changes.2. The mouse writhing analgesic experiments show:the root of low, medium and high dose groups and stems, the low-dose group and positive control group of mice analgesic effect; and the roots and stems of low, medium high dose group showed increases of-the administered dose, writhing in mice reduced, showed dose-effect relationship.3. The law of thermal radiation in mice analgesic experiments show:the normal group and positive group than in the roots and stems of high low group can improve pain 90min after the last administration to improve the percentage of valve, but no significant difference; and positive group and the normal group ratio, lower stems, stems, stem height group can improve pain 150min after the last administration to improve the percentage of valves, wherein the stem and stem height low and normal group was statistically difference (P<0.05), no statistics group stems learn the difference (P=0.061); root high group can improve pain 90min after the last administration to improve the percentage of valve, but no statistically significant difference (P-0.078).ConclusionWhen the roots and stems of the drug were used in the same formulation (Erteng Tongbi" Mixture), that were no significant difference in their efficacy. |
