The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Allergic Rhinitis By Electroacupuncture Fitted With Ear Acupoint Pressing

ObjectiveTo use of randomized control study method, observation of auricular acupuncture with the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its impact on quality of life of patients, the treatment method for a simple effective for allergic rhinitis, and pressing the cooperation to seek the clinical basis for more application for auricular electro acupuncture therapy.Methods60 patients were randomlyas signed to meet the study criteriain to treatment group 30 cases, control group 30 cases. The treatment group treated with auricularpoints ticking combined with routine acupuncture therapy, auricularacupoints:Neibi, Jiaogan, Ermigen, conventional electroacupuncture acupoints refer to national planning for College of TCM textbook "Acupuncture Therapy" in the treatment of this disease about the main points:Yingxiang, Yintang, Fengmen, Zusanli; control group with routine acupuncture treatment group with the same treatment. Auricular plaster therapy every 1 change 1 times, electroacupuncture treatment is 30 minutes each time,1 times every 1 days of treatment, continuous treatment curative effect observation of 7 times. Efficacy evaluation according to the erpcentage value and treatment of signs and symptomss core before the score values before and after treatment to statistics, evaluation of quality of life in accordance with Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Qestionnaire (RQLQ) scores.Results①In the two groups were compared at baseline, gender, age and symptoms core before treatment and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life scales cores showed no significant differences (P>0.05), suggesting that the two groups were comparable. ②The two groups of patients after treatment compared with those before treatment in symptoms core difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), the clinical symptoms and signs suggesting that two groups in treatment can improve the curative effect in patients; statistical treatment group 5 cases, effective 22 cases, invalid 3 cases, the control group of 1 cases markedly effective, effective in 21 cases,8 cases ineffective, with statistically significant difference in the effect of the two groups (P＜0.05), suggesting that the effect of the treatment group than the control group. ③Two groups of patients after treatment with Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life scales corescompared with those before treatment the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting that the treatment method of the two groups can improve the life quality of the patients, but the two groups before and after treatment RQLQ score difference with significant difference (P＜0.05), the treatment group on the patients life quality is much better than the control group.ConclusionAuricular acupuncture with clinical symptoms, signs and the quality of life of electroacupunc ture and conventional electroacupuncture treatment can improve patients, but the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricularpoint pressure treatment of this disease is better than routine acupuncturet reatment, and the degree of improvement on the quality of life of patients is superior to conventional acupuncture therapy. So the auricular acupuncture with electroacupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitisis as imple and effective method of treatment, and is worthy of promotion and use.
