| Background:Coronary heart disease(CHD) have a big impact on human life security. Their deaths each year in the western countries of about 30% of the total deaths and deaths in heart vascular disease in about 50% to 50%. According to WHO statistics, the event of not live in the center, now the most CHD. CHD patients in China is not common in Europe and the United States, but a year of CHD incidence rates are rising fast past 30 years. Diabetes (DM) is caused by many factors of collaborative group of sugar metabolism disorder as the main clinical syndrome. Today’s DM increased every year, especially in poor countries, and our country is not a rich country, thousands of people probably in diabetic patients, with type 2 DM is relatively rare. CHD and DM often merge, patients life are seriously affected by this two illness. Therefore, how to use high potency and less side effect method to make patients life better with CHD and DM, become a meaningful clinical work. CHD and DM called XIONG BI and XIAO KE, respectively, in tradisional Chinese medicine symptoms, both show little performance. Chinese medicine treating XIONG BI merge XIAO KE, which is worked for patient, can be used as improve quality of life in patients with Qi deficiency type XIONG BI merge XIAO KE, an important means. Deng Tie Tao experiences in treating XIONG BI of methods are used in this study, namely the Spleen-Regulating-And-Heart-Nourishing method. XIONG BI of Qi deficiency type and in patients with XIAO KE, treatment, evaluation of the spleen to protect method to make patients live better with this type of role, expand the spleen and the applicable protection method area.Objectives:This reserch through the foresight cohort study, the natural queue into qi deficiency type and obstruction in patients with diabetes, contrast observation using the spleen protection of art with the adjustable spleen method to the patient’s quality of life, the evaluation using the spleen protection method to XIONG BI of qi deficiency type and the improvement of XIAO KE patients life.Methods:Dividing 60 cases of CHD and DM in the treatment research for the control group of 30 cases and 30 cases of test group. The treatment group:method to Deng Lao Gan Xin capsule,2 PCS each time,3 times a day. Test group:on the Secondary prevention drug treatment, to the tune of spleen protection method or Chinese Capsule of TCM. For 1 month. Reserch the spleen protection method for making life quality better of patients with Qi deficiency type XIONG BI and XIAO KE. After recording data into a computer, the establishment of the database, using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software, with P value below 0.05 for having significance.Result:(1)After treating two groups, the SAQ, The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms integral, angina performence was better than before. The two groups before and after treatment was deffent (P<0.05).(2) After treatment, the treatment group has better effect than the control group in improving the performence of angina (P<0.05). But no statistical differences in improving TCM symptom integral (P>0.05).(3) After treatment, two groups of patients with blood glucose, blood lipids improved slightly than before treatment. But after treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05). There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).(4)The life, two groups after treatment, the spleen mindarmor group in improving the stable angina, angina state is better than control group (P <0.05). But limited in improving the moving level, for the treatment of satisfaction level, the cognitive the disease has no statistical significance. Conclusion:The spleen can protect method to make a better life in patients with XIONG BI and XIAO KE, particularly in terms of the improvement of the performance and tradisional Chinese medicine performence, and no bad reactions. |
