| ObjectiveUsing the method of data mining and the retrospective study, since 1949 in Guangdong medical treatment of stomachache disease of prescription drug use analysis and typical cases for example, this topic summes up the Guangdong area of stomachache disease of common syndromes and treatment of Guangdong medical treatment of stomachache disease to inheritance of contemporary academic experience, provide a theoretical basis for the development of the application of experience, for the medical treatment of stomachache disease in Modern Guangdong region to promote innovation, so as to improve the quality of life of patients with stomachache diseases.MethodsThrough the data mining and the retrospective study, we study the Guangdong medical literature available during the period of 1949 October to 2013 December in the provinces, including the origin but mainly in Guangdong area the development of medicine and in 1991 by the national certification of Guangdong area of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of spleen and stomachache disease in TCM has made in home, a total of 24 (see Appendix 2). The medical records of all inspection and medical treatment of stomachache disease were collected. And then finishing all the prescription data and inputing to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, database Excel table and SPSS 17.0 statistical software package was used for statistical processing. The prescription of contemporary Guangdong medical treatment of stomachache disease examples for drug analysis and typical cases, governance and the rule of diagnosis and treatment of common TCM syndrome are discussed and summarized in Guangdong stomachache disease. The using of statistical analysis methods includes frequency analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis.ResultsThis topic collected a total of 102 prescriptions, including a total of 161 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, the results are as follows:1. Traditional Chinese medicine in this topic collectes a total of 22 traditional Chinese medicine using frequency of more than 10 times. In this 22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with frequency more than 10 times, it has a total of 8, with the using of drugs for more than 20%, which is commonly used in Chinese medicine, followed by liquorice (56.863%), Radix Paeoniae Alba (47.059%), Radix Codonopsis (33.333%), Poria Cocos (31.373%), white Atractylodes rhizome (30.392%), Yan Husuo (30.392%), Radix Astragali (23.529%), Fructus aurantii (20.588%). The above characteristics of the drug are specially to get sick the special medicine, especially for contemporary Guangdong medical treatment of stomachache disease. Aiming at the deficiency of stomachache disease, prescription drug use frequency of the top four Codonopsis, Atractylodes, followed by liquorice, Poria cocos, the percentage of more than 40%, which is commonly used in foundation treatment of spleen qi deficiency syndrome. Research shows that these drugs in cold syndrome of stomachache disease is very common. According to the empirical stomachache disease, drug use is the circulation of Qi and blood, clearing heat and dampness of the drug. Heat syndrome in stomachache disease, with the highest percentage of licorice (48.980%), followed by white peony root (46.939%), Fructus aurantii, dandelion, radix curcumae, combined with Salviamiltiorrhiza, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation of Qi dampness heat syndrome of drug treatment of stomachache disease, especially.2. This topic collectes 102 pieces of prescriptions in 161 traditional Chinese medicines. They were classified into 18 drug classes. Through frequency analysis, drug category with the highest percentage of medicine is tonic medicine (31.958%), followed by Qi regulating drugs (12.736%), as the basic compatibility of medicine for curing gastropathy. And we can see that using the frequency of tonic is much higher than that of other drugs use frequency. Once again, the 161 traditional Chinese medicines by further analysis of traditional Chinese medicine checks in to warm, cold, flat, the cumulative percentage was 98.16%. Finally,161 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on drug owned by the data analysis, classified by the percentage of the order from high to low was spleen, stomach, liver, lung, heart, the cumulative percentage was 86.564%. The purpose of the treatment of the same drugs, has synergistic effects, reflected this trend has its stasis to stop bleeding with Qi and relieve pain of Corydalis yanhusuo, played a total of blood circulation of Qi, relieving pain. For the specimens with the pathogenesis of drug use:Qi blood intake of Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Bletillae astringency and hemostasis. This can be seen in the common core of contemporary medicine Guangdong medical treatment stomachache illness:liquorice, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria, Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Bletillae, by the end of three seven. These drugs include dangshen, Fuling, licorice:Atractylodes rhizome Decoction of four noble drugs, the main effect of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen; Radix Paeoniae Alba at liver relieving pain, good at treating liver stomach disharmony, the compatibility of Radix Glycyrrhizae for peony and licorice decoction, to harmonizing liver and spleen, soft rib pain; Corydalis can live blood gas pain, attending a the body of pain; Astragalus Qi sun, increase the intensity of prescription; three seven at the end of activating blood to stop bleeding, swelling and pain; Rhizoma Bletillae sour, acidic convergence, it is especially good at convergence hemostatic, compatibility, doubling hemostatic force.
