Higher medical education is a scientific, practical subject and education departments. It requires not only the students with strong theoretical knowledge, but also very pay attention to the development of individual actual operation ability, especially in the aspect of clinical skills but also need to cultivate students’ practical ability, to shorten the students to learn, to adapt to the time after work. Through the view of operation and good demonstration class can greatly improve the students’ clinical skills. The development of the streaming media technology solve the problem of operation, the scene view for us to provide the technology, we can use the streaming media technology will surgery scene appears in the form of live in the computer screen of the classroom for students to learn.This article first analyzes the streaming media technology in the domestic and foreign development present situation, has carried on the demand analysis of streaming media technology in the surgery live broadcast teaching, on the basis of the project for the overall structural design, involved in the process of system development of streaming media technology and directshow development environment has carried on the deep discussion. Paper, and the key technology in the process of development:video collection, please switch, the original data of h.264 compression and streaming media transmission system research, for the realization of the system’s major function module principle and process were described in detail.This paper designed and implemented by the system through the actual network environment to run the test, the test results show that the system runs stably, simple and convenient operation, the data acquisition and processing are accurate and timely.
