Objective:The theory and application of Chinese modern testing technology, through the retrospective study of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) the relationship between TCM syndrome type and fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood rheology, blood lipid, explore the correlation of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with TCM syndrome type, provide the reference for prevention, diabetic peripheral neuropathy the diagnosis, treatment and medication monitoring etc..Methods:From 2014 01 to 2015 03 months in Yunnan Province Chinese medicine hospital, Yunnan Second People’s Hospital Department of Endocrinology and Department of traditional Chinese medicine 100 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with TCM syndrome type, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin determination results of examination results, blood rheology test results, blood lipid determination results and clinical data, using SPSS19.0 software to establish the computer the measurement data using database, the number of cases, the mean, median, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation of count data using statistical description; the number of cases, the rate of description and analysis of indicators; the syndrome between the two two samples tested compared with t test, single factor analysis using ANOVA correlation analysis of syndrome type and index.Results:100 cases of DPN were collected, 53 cases were male, 47 were female, 45 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(45%), yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in 15 cases(15%), liver and kidney deficiency syndrome 25 cases(25%),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in 11 cases(11%), 4 cases of deficiency of Yin Yang and two(4%). The TCM indexes by using statistical analysis showed: two deficiency syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in the fasting blood glucose and Hb A1 c levels were significantly higher than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and blood stasis, yin and Yang(P<0.01). The plasma viscosity was significantly lower than the two Yin and yang deficiency syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01), and lower than that of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05). The whole blood high phlegm and blood stasis of the reduced viscosity was significantly lower than that of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.01), and lower than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05), compared with two of yin and yang deficiency had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The two volume is higher than that of yin and yang deficiency syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05), compared with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome erythrocyte deformation index TK higher than two of yin and yang deficiency syndrome(P<0.05); phlegm and blood stasis of the erythrocyte deformation index TK was significantly lower than that of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01), and lower than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05). The syndrome of low blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, platelet aggregation rate comparison was statistically significant(P>0.05). Blood lipid level syndromes patients were higher than normal blood lipid metabolism, the syndrome of abnormal manifestations of mixed hyperlipidemia. Total cholesterol was higher than that of deficiency of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of yin and Yang(two P<0.05). The syndrome of triglyceride level comparison was statistically significant(P>0.05). High density lipoprotein cholesterol is lower than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.05). Low density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that of deficiency ofyin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, two Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion:From the results of this study can be seen in diabetic peripheral neuropathy syndromes and gender, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood rheology, blood lipid indexes exist between certain objective connection:1. The syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are the most common, and male patients with Qi deficiency syndrome are common, and female patients with Yin deficiency syndrome are common. 2. Phlegm and blood stasis of the fasting blood glucose, Hb A1 c mean highest level, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, clinical detection of phlegm and blood stasis in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of positive significance. 3. The plasma viscosity of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome increased most obviously, has the positive significance of plasma viscosity in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, and deficiency syndrome phlegm provide differential diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome; whole blood reduction viscosity to yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome increased significantly, and diabetes, blood blood Yin deficiency negative line; phlegm and blood stasis of the erythrocyte deformation index TK decreased most obviously, means that the emergence of phlegm and blood stasis may reduce the erythrocyte deformability. 4. Lipid metabolism function of each syndrome type of abnormal manifestations of mixed hyperlipidemia, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were increased to varying degrees, blood stasis or phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and deficiency syndrome results in higher detection; high density lipoprotein cholesterol, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome decreased significantly. 5. The use of modern detection technology can support the type of TCM, has positive significance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine peripheral diabetic neuropathy diagnosis,treatme nt and medication monitoring. 6. There is comparability between deficiency syndrome and deficiency syndrome, the use of modern science and technology can support the detection of blood stasis or phlegm and blood stasis syndrome diagnosis or differential diagnosis.
