| Objective:To investigate the hemodynamic chang of the stomach to support blood vessels in patients with gastric malignant tumorã€gastric benign tumor and healthy persons; To investigate the relationship between celiac axis blood flow steal phenomenon and gastric tumor.Methods:A total of 77 cases,32 cases with gastric malignant tumor,25 cases with gastric benign tumor,20 cases with health were detected with color doppler and pulsed doppler to measure the diameterã€maximalã€meanã€minimal velocities, resistance index and blood volume of the stomach to support blood vessels and abdominal aorta, calculate the ratio of the Qc/Qa.Result:1. Qã€Dã€V of the stomach to support blood vesselsã€Qc/Qa in the stomach malignant tumor group higher than the stomach benign tumor group and the nomal group (P<0.05), which indicate the flow steal phenomenon of celiac axis blood.2. Qã€Dã€V of the stomach to support blood vesselsã€Qc/Qa in gastric benign tumor group compared with that of the nomal group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. RI of the stomach to support blood vessels in gastric malignant tumor compared with that of gastric benign tumor group and the nomal group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).4. R-value of the healthy control group was 0.309±0.082, the R-value of benign gastric tumor group was 0.314±0.067, the malignant gastric tumor group R-value was 0.357±0.075, after statistical analysis, malignant gastric tumor group compared with the benign group and healthy control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Benign gastric tumor group compared with the healthy control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). In order to ensure that the smallest false negative rate and false positive rate, R=0.323 as the threshold for analysis and calculation for this group of patients, When R<0.323, the possibility of a diagnosis of benign, when R>0.323, the diagnosis of the likelihood of malignancy. R=0.323threshold, corresponding to a sensitivity of 81.3%, specificity of 84.4%.Conclusion:The hemodynamic chang of the stomach to support blood vessels and celiac axis blood flow steal phenomenon are helpful to offer diagnostic information for patients with gastric malignant tumor. |
