Effect Of Jianpi Fuzheng Soup On Survival Of Middle-Late Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Fuzheng soup on survival of Middle-Late colorectal cancer.Methods:73 cases with Middle-Late colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (n=38) and control group (n=35).Both two groups were treated with the same FOLFOX4 chemotherapy treatment.The treatment group was given Jianpi Fuzheng soup 2 days prior to the chemotherapy,2 weeks for a cycle,curative effect evaluation after four cycle.Observe the effect from TCM clinical syndrome integral curative effect,life quality scale EORTC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaires and adverse reaction.results:compared with control group,improvement rate of TCM clinical syndrome integral effect of treatment group was raised (P<0.05). In the quality of life scale EORTC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaires evaluation in physical function,emotional function,role function,physical symptoms,and overall situation optimization were all well (P<0.05).In respect of social function and cognitive function,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Adverse reactions reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chemotherapy combined with Jianpi Fuzheng soup can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the life quality,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,Improve security.
